Our internal policies set the framework for ethical conduct, organisational accountability, and collective wellbeing.

The Safeguarding Policy outlines the principles and procedures that ensure the protection and dignity of everyone involved in our projects and partnerships. It defines responsibilities, prevention measures, and reporting mechanisms that uphold a culture of safety and respect.

The Gender Equality Plan (GEP) 2025–2029 sets out our strategic objectives and measurable actions to promote gender equality, diversity, and inclusion within the organisation. It aligns with the European Commission’s framework for equality in research and innovation and establishes transparent targets for recruitment, pay equity, leadership representation, and work–life balance.

Together, these policies guide Bauhaus Earth’s efforts to build structures and cultures of trust, fairness, and accountability.
